Photography : Birds : Stalking egret
A snowy egret stalks among the logs and sticks of a resaca (an oxbow lake). In the second photo the egret paused to give me a look for interrupting the search for my paltry need to take a picture. I am always amazed at how they can bend their necks and go from stick-straight to curvy-snake.
