I am obsessed with light shining through things like leaves, petals, glass, and water. There's something about the rich glow and the tiny structural detail that is revealed that rivets me. Thus, a picture of what would normally be three boring leaves turns into something as fascinating as examining minute rivers, lakes, roads, and towns on a map.
