Photography : Birds : Hummingbird Masquerade
A male Costa's Hummingbird relaxes on a branch in the aviary at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. This fine purple gentleman enjoyed this particular branch and kept coming back to pose for the surrounding humans.
Below is (probably?) an immature hummingbird sticking out its immensely long tongue after enjoying some nectar.
